The scissors are a long held magickal tool. It represents the fates but also the Goddess. The cresent moon on the handle is the waxing moon, the maiden. The full moon on the handle is the mother. And the blades are the crone aspect.

First Technique

1. Set the three white candles decoratively around a mirror, one you can be seated across from in a meditative pose.
2. Light the candles.
3. Assume a meditative stance. Cross your legs, straighten your back and relax your shoulders. Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing up. Raise your chin and face directly into the mirror.
Begin deep breathing. Inhale through your nose and hold the air in your lungs for five seconds. Exhale through your nose and keep your lungs empty for another five seconds.

First find a calm room and spread the leaves out in the shape of a circle put the jewelery on and sit in the circle of leaves. Then close your eyes imagine what you would look like as a fairy and touch the piece of jewelery and imagine fairy energy going into the necklace or bracelet etc now while doing that say this:
