Place the cristals on the monogram and the candels on the elements signgs : red candle for triangle= fire, White for wind= circle, Black for earth= square, Blue for water= crescent moon and the green one on the simbol V in the middle! Cristals you can place them how you want on the monogram!
Light the candles and get relax, lay down on a bed or stay how you want just to be relax and comfortable! Look at the small altar that you made with my symbol, cristals and candles without blink for 30 seconds if you can more then more! (this will help you to visualise with your mind much more easy).
