With the pentagram, place it in your hand(I do this because it helps me control my energy) close your eyes(optional) and imagine your energy in your energy, this my take practice, and let your energy build up in your hands now imagine the energy of the person/object coming off them and onto you. After practice, you will no longer need the pentagram, but it is always a good Idea to keep it on your person.

Side effects(feeder):

• Alert
• Hyper
• Hands may tingle

Side effects(feedie):

• Tied
• Stressed
• Unable to concentrate
• Annoyed at everything
• But over all, having a bad day

So let the tub be filled with hot water. Say this spell by pointing your hands towards the water:

"Oh the Dragons above all,
With all my mind I call to you.
Let this water be your sweat,
Holding powers and secrets.

Let it bless me with strongest protection,
Let it bless me with the strongest aura,
Let it bless me with supernatural strength,

With it bathed my body,
Blessed will be I with these abilities
With this blessings,
Rise high I,
Like the dragons higher than high

Grant this only to my use,
Else for any others it would be of no use.
This is my will so more it be."

So, now just have a bath in!

Light the candle and let it burn for a while. When there's enough melted wax in the bottom to drown the charm in, drown the charm in the wax and say:

"By this seal,
I do reveal,
By fur,
By fangs,
By the hunter's blade
I shall shift,
I shall twist,
Under a moon no less than Full;
A wolf of all,
Running free and running wild;
A wolf! A wolf!
Ears, long fur and clawed feet,
By this wax,
Oh how it's binding,
Trap the spirit of the moon in it's coating
For if I might and if I may,
A werewolf shall I be today.
For I cannot bear to be human any longer,
On my will and On the full moon's light;
I shall be bonded to the night."

Then wear the charm to bed and when you wake up take it off only to shower/bathe. Wear it until the next night, and then take it off. Don't look at it until the night of the next full moon, and wear it once again whilst under the moon. You should shift within an hour.

First go outside on a full moon put the ring on and face it towards the moon then say spell outloud

"I call upon the moons rays to give me the power of mako. To use my powers for good and only good never to harm others. You see me now as ordinary but soon I will be not I call upon the moons rays. Give me the power of a mako mermaid"

By the time the sun rises your powers will rise with it and never take the ring off. Or you shall lose your powers in a day

There are a few types of shifts, to start off. Whilst others have their own sub-types, many have these four: Fantasy, Phantom, Mental, and finally, the physical shift. The Fantasy Shift is basically doing a spell, visualizing the form you hope to have, or drawing it out. This is the easiest shift to accomplish. The Phantom Shift is a bit harder, it's feeling like you have the limbs/wings/horns, ect when you don't yet. It can be done by telling yourself 'I have a [Part]' over and over again until you can feel it and move it. Easy to accomplish, hard to master. The Mental Shift is one of the harder shifts. You put yourself in the mind of the animal, forgetting human thoughts and letting go of human impulses and take on the animal, and only the animal. Don't look at the animal, look THROUGH the animal. This is a slightly dangerous shift, as you can loose your human mind in it. Even in a strong M-shift, you may still have some (very few) human thoughts, maybe a word or two at a time. The Physical Shift is the hardest of the shifts. By the time most people could physically shift, a few do not believe they can do it, but it WILL! NEVER focus on the thought that it's not real, focus on the fact that it is! It's never been documented because, geez, would you want someone filming you while you shift? Probably not. To do this shift, you need an M-shift first, and then slowly visualize your body changing, growing, shrinking, whatever you need to do. After a while, you will feel it. For your first shift, go slow. Once you get your whole body done, visualize yourself opening your eyes but DON'T ACTUALLY OPEN THEM! Change them in your visualization, then open your eyes. If you've shifted, be sure to shift back, because if you're in your form the first time for longer than 30mins, you could never return! To shift back, just imagine from the animal to human, which should be easier.
