This spell turns two none spell casters into fairies. Make sure to do this outside in the fall when there is 2% or less moon showing or a full moon. If you want to make them into dark fairies do it at night. If you want them to be light/green fairies then do it during the day.

Put them into a circle sitting on their knees or criss cross. Next spread the leaves around them in a circle. Have them close their eyes and to feel the earth and the world around them. Drop the water on their heads only two drops each then you circle them chanting
"Wind surround them,
Making them what they wish to be,
A fairy when the world 'fairy to be' are spoken
To return to human when the words 'human to be' are spoken"
Have them chant "fairy to be me, a fairy of the tree" *4 times, then have them raise their hands up to the sky and everyone must chant "Fairy to become fairy to fly! Let the wind twirl by!"
Go outside and roll around in the grass staring at the sky. Lick your arms. Meow. Draw on picture of you and add ears and a tail. Camp out in the yard by yourself
Pour water into a bowl then drop leaves in it. Put any necklace in there too. Then chant: fairies of the (nature, water or jewels) please hear my plea. I really want to be a fairy

With wings of white I can fly
This is my wish so please grant it

Believe in this spell for it to work if you don't believe in won't work.

Okay go outside put the red candle in front of you and light it. Look at the moon and write down why you want to be a Vampire.
Say once Vampires Vampires hear my plea come to me! Burn the paper.
Say twice. Vampire mother please send one of your children to turn me to make me one of your children send a vampire my yeah please hear my plea! Blow the candle out and take the blood and put it on your neck.
So it should feel like someone is watching you don't turn around. Count to 60 and then say. Please turn me!
A vampire should appear and bite you. The vampire will give you tips than they will leave.
Light the incense and cast a circle. Meditate and strongly believe in the spell working. Next, place the soil, lavender and hairs into the bottle. Now add some water into the bottle.
Now say: "By the light of the moon and our piercing howls, we are further transformed into cunning beasts, from the circle of life to the evoloution of man, I shall be reawakened as one with the land."
Now, pour some of the potion on to your forehead, the rest pour into the soil. Now leave the circle.

This chant should be repeated at least 9 times or until you "feel" and internal signal to stop. While you are chanting (or in between repeats) you should visualize your own energies flowing into the "target" object as well as energy coming in from those Dragons who have answered your call for assistance.
