You get 1 white, 1 blue, and 1 yellow candle. Light them all in front of a mirror and say this chant:
"Lighter thinner
That I say
Make me my right size
this very day"
When you finish this chant, pour the wax from the candles into a small glass with a new wick in it. Repeat this day after day until your new candle is made. Burn your new candle until it or the wind puts the candle out. When you're feeling overweight again light the candle and let it put itself out.

Massage into hair. Close eyes and inhale the scent.
Write name on paper with red ink,
then dip sprig of rosemary into spring water and chant...
''Dew of the sea, enhance my charms,
bring love and friendship into my arms.''
Place paper in spring water, and remove when ink is faded.
Wash the oil out of hair, using the spring water as the final rinse.
Wear the sprig of rosemary for the rest of the day.
Use this whenever you feel the need.

#1297 - Change Hair Color
Sit in a quiet room in front of a mirror. Light the white candle. Spend sometime seeing yourself as you are and imagining how you will look with the different hair color. Try to visualize yourself with great detail. Light the colored candle and stare into the flame. When you are ready move your hand from over the white candle to hold your hand directly over the flame of the colored candle (not too close! you dont want to burn yourself). Cup your hair and as you run your hands over your hair visualize your hair changed.

Light up the candle while writing the names.
Next concentrate on what happen in the relationship between the 2 of you. (like the hugging or kissing)
Then think what you want to happen like more passionate kissing or more more hugs from them or even saying romantic thing more often.
Now take the paper and while burning it say out loud
''With the love between us as the way it is, I wish for the romance to blossom like a rose in the day, let the love grow as I may so let it become true as it may so mote it be''
Now just blow the candle out and thats it.
