This spell requires direct sunlight, either outdoors, of indoors at a south facing window. Make yourself a tea that includes solar herbs such as cinnamon, cloves, orange, or lemon. (You may use citrus juice it you don't want some- thing hot.) You will need some sort of solar stone, such as citrine or yellow tiger's-eye.
Hold the stone up to the sunlight in your dominant hand, and hold the drink in your other hand.
Say: ''Helios Apollo,
Sun-God, Healer, strengthen me with your light.''
Visualize the sunlight pouring into you, washing through you,
especially your heart and solar plexus, and into both the drink and the stone. Drop the stone into the beverage, drink the beverage as quickly as is comfortable. Put the cup down and sit and soak up sunlight for as long as you can.

Try to get as fine a powder as you can. Combine with 1 cup baking soda in a jar and shake until thoroughly combined.
Scatter over your carpets and allow to sit for several hours
and absorb negative energy (as well as funky smells from
pets and what have you) before vacuuming up. On a wood
or tile floor sweep the debris into a single bowl and then
flush down running water if possible.
Sea salt, of course, gives its grounding energy to the mix,
and is a basic purifier as well as a consecrating agent.
Lavender is known for its loving properties and healing
compounds, as well as its peaceful scent. Rosemary is
much the same, but also has a strong protective component.
The peppermint further strengthens the mix; all three together
are antimicrobial and anti-critter but won't bother your
companion animals. Neither will the angelica, which is
edible--but also a strong banisher of negative energy.
The dragon's blood resin or sandalwood pack a good
hard energetic wallop; I call dragon's blood the Cosmic
Can of Whoopass. A little goes a long way, and it can
stain your carpets so go easy on it.
Choose candles according to your personal and daily preferences, I have found that any will work. Run a bath withas hot of water as you can stand. If you prefer, this ritual can be done in the shower. Use whatever bath oils work for you.Visualize all the day's negative energies surrounding you as you get into the water.
Then, visualize all that negativity being removed from your self by the water. Focus on your candle flames, meditate on cleansing your self. When the water has cooled to the point of being uncomfortable, pull the stopper, and say these words: "Drain away these pains and troubles, as does this water pure and free. Take with it all this day's distress. As I will, so mote it be!"
Dry yourself off and rub your preferred cream onto your body to protect you from negativity over the night. Prepare to sleep well!
In natural magic, feathers are used in
spells and ceremonies to promote change.
They are used as catalysts to help focus
concentration while carrying out spells and
wishes.
The medicine bag, also called power pouch
or sachet, often includes special feathers
which have meaning to the wearer and help
attracting good luck as well as driving
away bad things. Equally, wands and many
other ritual tools use feathers for the
same purpose.
Feathers are magically ruled by the element
of air. This makes them good communication
helpers. But each feather can also hold
other special powers; depending on the bird
from whom it came, its colour, place of
discovery and other factors.
The knowledge of what kind of feather is
best used for what kind of indent can only
be found out for oneself by trial and error. A pigeon feather is not as helpful for creating a defence strategy than a feather taken from a bird of prey.
Feathers are often used to focus
concentration in spells.
Basically all feathers can be used for any
spell; they can either attract or repel
energy. But their colour gives them an
additional specific energy which should
also be chosen in accordance with the
desired outcome of the spell. Naturally
coloured feathers are far more powerful
than chemically dyed ones. Often coloured
candles are used in conjunction with
feathers to give additional strength to
the spell.
Feathers used for magical undertakings are
mainly determined by the energy which is
brought into the feather by the user
through concentration and thought.
In addition to the energy the user
brings into the object, feathers hold
certain natural abilities

Take your stone (I prefer a semi-large, flat, grey stone), and draw the Sigil of your choice (Pentagram, heptagram, octogram, triquetra, or a personal symbol) on it, while meditating about the task you need memory/ energy for.
I usually do this while looking at notes or other things if it's for memory.
Keep the stone in sight with the sigil face-up while you complete your task.
When finished, thank the deities of your choice for their blessings, and rub the sigil off.
I have used for tests at school, and for other tasks around my house, it works.

Take the flower petals, grass, leaves, etc. and put them into the bowl.
Leave the bowl next to a window or area (preferably indoors) where it can absorb sunlight and moonlight.
Over the next 5-7 days, whenever you feel so compelled, ''toss'' the petals in the bowl.
Once the petals are dry (they'll shrink alot, add more petals every now and then), every morning when you wake up, rub your hands in the petals for blessings of good cheer.
[[NOTE: You may want to colour code (red for love & passion, white for purity and protection, etc.) the petals in the bowl if your want happiness in any one area, but I just have a huge mix for overall joy.]]
