4. Light the first Purple taper and read Isaiah 40:9-11 and/or Luke 1:46-55 from your Bible.

5. Pray "Holy Mother Father God, thank You for sending Your prophets to prepare the world for Your son. Thank You for preserving these prophecies for us in the bible. As we are in the midst of our preparations for Christmas and Yule -- decorating, shopping, parties, concerts -- help us to make time to prepare our hearts for Jesus' arrival. please use this season of Advent to draw us nearer to You. Amen, So Mote it Be."

NOTE: Before adding each ingredient do so with intention and focus. This is gonna be like a meditative experience. You may even want to sit close when the water is boiling to infuse your intentions even more.

1. Grab your kettle and pour in your crystal elixir. Turn on your stovetop and leave it there just until the water turns into a rolling boil, then immediately take it off the heat.
2. Add the hot water into your teapot and let the herbs steep for at least 5 to 10 minutes. You may steep them longer if you like..
3. Add the honey into the tea and recite a prayer or something similar like this incantation:

“God Above,

Thief of the night,

Peaceful dreams, Full of light,

Let me rest,

Help me sleep,

Begone the Devil and restless dreams.”

Drink your potion and go to bed.

With the item in mind, recite,

"Saint Anthony, Saint Anthony,
Please come around!
Something's been lost!
And cannot be found!"

Keep searching while reciting the prayer. If friends are helping you look, you can chant it together to give the prayer more power. Eventually, you will either find what you seek or realize where it's gone.

First you begin by reciting the Lords Prayer. Once complete, light the white candle. Now drink a sip of the sparkling mineral water and at the same time visualize the person to be blessed. Once you have that image, imagine the brightest white light surrounding them and running through them. Then say,

May God's warm light bless thee in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Once complete, extinguish the candle.

Begin by making a good potion of chamomile tea. Do not add sugar to your tea. Using a paintbrush, draw the glyph of sleep on the walls around your bed with the tea. Do this until you can firmly visualize the glyph in your mind. Now inhale deep into the steaming tea. Place the tea down and hold your amethyst up towards the ceiling, expanding it to the night sky. Say this incantation:

"Mother Darkness, Watery Basin
Grail of thought and material creation
Drown my troubles as I come to face them
Deeper, deeper allow me to erase them."

Place your amethyst down on your night stand, underneath your pillow, or in its case. Seal your spell by drinking the rest of the tea and firmly visualizing the sleep glyph in blue or indigo light.
