Absolute nonsense. You cannot create your own moon. You do not need to cast by the moon, if that is the goal of this.

You cannot create a moon such as the one that circles the Earth. Nor are we currently able to make the moon our home planet as there is neither air nor water there. Magic cannot do these sorts of things.
