Here I will show you how the noon helps with magic.

The Moon is just like a mirror, it reflects light. So, when it is night, look at the Moon and think. It doesn't glow, but it reflects the Sun's light in a positive way. The light hits the Moon, absorbs its power and comes back down to Earth. This is why the full Moon is the most effective phase. It positevely effects spells and makes them stronger.
