This ritual to bring about some good night sleep.
Take some coconut incense (or any incense you feel would be relaxing), a white candle, and a blue candle. For a more promising result, also use a gold or orange candle. Light the candles. Light the incense with the blue candle. Leave the candles burning until the incense is completely burned out. You should be feeling a little tired when it's done.
