about 1 year ago i joined at this site i read a lot about astral projection i do all of steps but i can't leave my body
i don't know why i can't send mail or message in live chat i could't even create a new forum so i made this account today
i'm studying biology and i need to memorize every detail i can't focus well. is there any spell or exercise for concentrate and focus or learn fast and memorize detail ?
