Quite a weird spell to ask but i'll go ahead

the Moles here i'm talking about are,
ones that grow on your skin usually appearing in dark colours

so i was wondering if anyone has any spells that could actually remove the moles ?

some other stuffs i wanna ask,
is it true that people who have alot of them are to do with " Evil " like how the myths and legends portray
does the mole actually relates to people who do spells,demonic possesions, or anything to do with magick?
any legends / stories / folklore to share?
