Hello. So I've been reading up on the basics, and the threads on them are wonderfully informative. I've mostly been focusing on meditation and energy manipulation because that's what I'm worst at. I've been wondering, though ... How do you know when you're ready to start casting spells? I realize that everyone learns at their own pace. But is there some general idea on how experienced I should be at energy manipulation or meditation before trying to go further?
