ok so last night i tried to astrial project. i got all virbrationall and then wnt into a trance thing, then i felt like i was falling and it was a RUSH! it was so scary but i wnt with it, then i imagined myself getting lighter and lighter and could feel my spirit riseing but when i felt i was out of body my real body felt cold and limp. when i went out of my body i felt a pinch in my heart area that kinda hurt a little but later on that night after i fell asleep i awoke for no reason and cnt remmber why but i cn remember a dream of wlking though my house.... so i guess what im asking here is did i really astrial projeckt? and why did i get all of those feelings?
