I'm new on here, also new on learn magick and spell. My question is how do I know my power? I can tell if there is spirit around me or not? Just that I can't pen point out where they are at? I just know that they are there in the north, east, west or south? I just started on meditation a couple days ago. And every time a cat cry outside my bedroom window I end up having nightmare. I can talk to spirits that have been with me for years now they are like my protection and guardian. I can't see them but I can talk to them and hear them. so any advice would be great.
