I always feel compelled to do the wrong things when stressed.Its like the feeling when you've always been irritated at some time during the day, and then the next day, it's like the same thing, but it's just very stressing and it puts so much negative energy into my mind and body, putting me in a state of unease.Ive noticed I act a bit abnormal too,as if I worshiped the Christian devil.Any advice you would suggest?
