When a person makes a pact with the devil- quite often the person performing the ritual will expect something to happen. The hope satan will appear and give them Ring and with a grin and a bag of gold - or hand over a wining lottery ticket, or at the very least they want immediate confirmation that the spell has worked. I don't know wether is true to get ring from Lucifer Satan?
