I am not completely new to meditation but I have been doing a lot more of silent meditations. I just recently starting learning more of grounding and centering techniques. When I center myself I imagine all of my negativity being released. As of lately I have been feeling a little more negative than positive. Is it possible that I should of kept some negativity like how they say to be balanced? Or could it just I'm not centering right? If I am imbalanced how can I balance myself again if I have more positive than negative? Thank you ahead of time and blessed be.
