Last night I was letting my spirit travel to my friend's house to talk to the ghosts there (I did this once before so it wasn't too new.) However I forgot to silence my phone, and it vibrated just as i started a conversation, and I was instantly back in my body. However the little boy spirit I was talking to followed me, and his grandmother thought I was taking him away, and followed as well. After trying to tell them I meant no harm and i wanted them to leave, the grandmother hurt my third eye. I can't really explain it too well, it was like instant pain. It hurt for the rest of the night and still hurts this now, even though the spirits are gone.
Any advice on healing it?
