Covens can now promote / feature articles on their coven home page. Council can edit articles and set the feature value (articles must also be public to be featured)

Also, coven council should now be able to edit articles, edits will still have to be approved by a publisher. Editing the public status or the feature status is immediate and do not need approval (though you may receive a mail afterward saying your edit was approved or denied later even if no other changes were made. You can just ignore that mail)
