Hi guys, so, in here, I'm gonna explain how you can see your own soul visually if, this is, if, your third-eye is open.

My soul is purely white, which means I'm a pure being. Took a lot of shadow work to realize that we're all pure beings, spiritual beings, having a humane experience on this Earth. If you sell your soul, it doesn't automatically vanish from your body the moment you sell it. It belongs to the beast when you die.

In my case, I have a huge closet with a huge mirror in my room infront of my bed. Which means I can mirror meditate anytime I like.

If that's your case, then good. If not, then, you have to find an alternative way.

Set yourself infront of the mirror, in a meditative position and look at yourself deeply in the mirror.

Feel free to close your eyes if you feel unconfortable during the process, for a couple of minutes.

Then open them back up again.

Open your third eye. If you're not aware of how to do this, then you shouldn't be looking at this thread (hehe)

Keep staring at yourself in the mirror. Within moments, you should see a white plain blank figure that appears just like you, just has no face, no identity, no composition, just a white figure behind you.

That's your soul.
