Hi! I?m new here and while reading over some potential spells to be the first I cast I?ve noticed that many of them say to ?visualize? certain things. How can I do this? I understand the concept of seeing something with my mind?s eye but I don?t understand how to do it. Would meditation help and if so what are some tips to begin?
