A good friend of mine taught me this a long time ago. It?s a very powerful cleansing and has helped me in several occasions. Hope it helps you as well.


You will be using your earth star and 12 chakra to trigger a universal flush in you. Now your earth star is directly under your feet about 1 foot under the ground, your 12 is 1 foot above your head. Focus on them until you can sense them present.


Build it for about 30 mins ( you can do it 5 mins here, then another 5 mins there for about a day in case you can?t feel it right away); once you got it, grab a hold of your 12th and your earth star at the same time, pull your earth star through your heart chakra to where your 12th chakra is and your 12th chakra to where your earth star is, you will feel ALOT of energy rushing through you, just melt into it and let it wash all the way through you, it will flush everything out that shouldn't be there.


If you spend 5 mins now focusing on both chakras and then another 5 mins later today, and the another 5 mins again later in the day you will stretch and grow the chakras, since they have to be quite solid and about the size of basketballs before you do the flush with them, it is nice to do it at night cause when so much energy is going through you it can get quite bright in ones mind and too much light will make it feel like you are sitting on the sun.
