Snow Spell

Creates light snow and sometimes sleet but you must be outside walking in rain to cast it it also makes heavy rain stop you may need to look closely above to see the snow or in light at night

As you walk out side imagine snow falling out the sky and as you walk repeat:

Fall before my feet cold ice wondering sleet
Come down in wondrous flow
Fall before me magnificent snow

Rather simplistic. I do not see it working unless you are adept at weather magick because of how much energy which is required to do weather magick.
