You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Three gold coins. They don't have to be real gold.
  • A green envelope.
  • Some gold thread.
  • Rainwater.

  • A green envelope.
  • Some gold thread.
  • Rainwater.
Place the coins in the envelope and seal it.
While wrapping gold thread around the envelope say:
''This thread will bind both coins and mind.
This thread will bind both coins and mind.
Save I will and spend I might,
but saving is both true and right.''
Bury the coins and sprinkle with rainwater. When you feel a spending urge coming on return to the spot and pour water while chanting:
''The thread it bound both coins and mind.
The thread it bound both coins and mind.
Save I will and spend I might,
but saving is both true and right.''
