On the night of a full moon. Place a small silver bowl into the Moons Beam ( on a ledge or deck anywhere where the moon will shine upon it)In the light you are to ask for the moon to send you your Wand, ask for a wand of any type. It might take a day, a week, a month, but search when you see a wand about 16'' to 18'' and you will know this is the one. Take it and Craft it to your own liking.
