Casting Instructions for 'Calm Your Spirit'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Blue, Jazz, new age or soft music. (Only soft and calm music is allow.)
  • 7 colors of candles
  • 7 types of crystals
  • Purple color pajamas, silk is the best.
  • Rose oil

  • 7 colors of candles
  • 7 types of crystals
  • Purple color pajamas, silk is the best.
  • Rose oil
Sit in your room, calm yourself, on the relaxing music. remember to wear a purple color pajamas, but silk is the best.

Light up 7 colors candles that surround you.

Put the 7 crystals around you too.

Burn the rose oil.

On only soft light.

Start to medicate.

Visualize that you medicate on the sky.

Chant the following when you feel that you are in the sky:

Fly, I fly, calm me, my busy and scare spirits
Forever calm, without hazel
Just for 1 time
I beg it
Just only for 1 time
Calm me
Calm my spirits
SO MAY IT BE, SO MAY IT BE!!!

Repeat it every time you wish.
