soul cultivation

This is my method of cultivation, soul cultivation to be precise. I teach the full thing at the new apartment building in Clausa. Come by if you're interested. It is free for all with talent. But remember, this isn't avertizment but an invitation, I only teach in the afternoon on the weekends.

1. Meditate in the channel state.

2. Imagine a white ball of energy with 2 rings rotating slowly around it. One ring rotates from left to right, while the other rotates from bottom-left to top-right.

3. Imagine fragments of soul around your body. Similar to tiny lights.

4. Now, imagine the rings rotating around the main part of your soul, spinning faster to draw the fragments of soul to the main part of your soul.

5. The fragments should be sucked into the main soul.

6. After this, imagine the soul compacted into a semi-solid core. It should be an oval.

7. then picture and concentrate on veins coming from the core to go to the mouth, nose, ears, eyes, tips of fingers, soles of your feet, heart, and along the spine.
