Best done on the night of a full moon, but any moon works.
To begin, cleanse your area with incense. Next, cut or tear your teabag open, and pour the leaves into your bowl. Stir while calling to your god or goddess. Next, add one tablespoon of water to the tea and stir again. Drop in 5 drops of the essential oil and mix until it becomes thick. Place the mixture on a windowsill in direct view of the moon and let sit overnight. The next day, bring the mixture to your area and apply to all the corners of the area (if circular, put in 4 places around the circumference.) Light the candle and praise your god or goddess. Kiss every corner you apply the mixture to. Snuff out the candle (don't blow!) and leave for 30 minutes before returning to the area. Redo this ritual every year.
