Spell says (3X)  when touching or in water :

From the water at sea to the water in me a tail of Gold  I can see a mermaid I shall be.

You should have a full tail  in 1-3 weeks( will start to see subtle scales whenever)

Side effects:

Dizziness

Lightheaded

Nausea

Dehydrated

Drawn to water

Subtle scales or discoloration on legs

Tingling
