Fairy godparents are not real, therefore this spell does not work.

Not necessarily. You can have a fairy as a spirit guide and have it carry out tasks for you which is kinda like ''granting wishes''.

True you can work with the Fae and the can assist you in spells, however this spell is referring to the cartoon show, as evidenced by the line ''I wish that I had Fairy God Parents like timmy turnner'' for this reason, I can safely conclude this was written by an individual with no clue of Magic or Fae.
