Charge energy, visualize your desire, then say the chant. Statements mean nothing if you are not focusing energy. Furthermore, saying this once will not work, you have to work yourself into a trance, find the flow, a state where you lose track of everything around you except the desire you are set on achieving. Reading off the screen once ''I want a kiss'' then walking away achieves nothing.
