First, meditate. Now say this chant:

"My head is twisting, churning, hurting. Please stop the spinning and stop the burning".


Visualize a pool of very disturbed, rippling, splashing water in your head. Watch it calm, and feel the headache pain ebbing.

Will definitely try this

I see this on top-rated menu bar in spells menu, so why do i feel this is same like hypnotic induction? also does this work? anybody ever try this? (even though this is only 3 rows of sentences)

Does this really work? I might see it reducing stress related headaches, but what about growth pains and other headaches that aren't stress related?

It worked! I've had a bad headache for 4 days and that helped so much! Thank you!
