speeding situation up

I'd love some help at the moment!

My orthodontists said I may have to get teeth taken out (which he said WILL make my health and breathing problems worse)
or that I'd require jaw surgery which WILL help my health problems.
I have a sleep study soon to determine if I will get jaw surgery or not.
And I really need this done quicky- the study and surgery. Because I'm starting my job in a few months and I'd most likely have to hold back on my job if the surgery gets done that late.
I really need this surgery. I have many health problems that it can fix. To make this clear I HAVE been manifesting this surgery for a long while, but I just want to make sure it gets faster and picks up pace. (I know I've already got it, i've been sent so many signs of confirmation. But I still have my human doubt lol.)
So, What spells, etc. Could I perform to get my surgery done faster and speed everything up?
