Garter snake HELP

Hi all,
Am back again. Last time I saw a garter snake and I just saw another one in tge kitchen just after I was performing a cleansing on myself. Life is not easy lately and I hope it's a good sign. I don't know if am strong enough to face another difficulties.
I did claimed back my power during a previous ritual and I am able to read people. It's a strong feeling and I don't know how to protect me correctly, how can I do so? I need your help and advise.

The best protection is to have the protection of someone of the "god" level. Of course, you can wear disposable amulets, but they have a one-time promotion. Worked out, exhausted. It's worth starting with emotional stability. remove all the garbage from your head and at the same time sift out negative emotions so as not to cause trouble on their basis

Still you are fully right, I have a lot of unnecessary thoughts going though my head and it's not easy to let go. I wish it could be this simple, I have a lot of work to do on myself.
I also need to know how ro remove properly all the energy I pick up.
I need guidance.
