I always recommend Robert Bruce's instructions to people wanting to get into spirit flight. Although he likes to make people believe the "cord" is real (it's not), I find his method to be the most successful for newbies. You can read his blog here: https://www.astraldynamics.com/articles

He's a fantastic copywriter which means he writes very convincingly to sell his words. That may be viewed by many as distasteful, but he also has a lot of value in what he writes. It's worth the read despite the gimmicky language.
