Strong blizzard

Hi everyone! I'm new to this community and I am not an englisch native speaker, so please don't mind if I make a few mistakes while making this post. So, I was just wondering how can I make a spell for a strong blizzard to come to my town. I have already made my own spell and chanted it a few times for three days while focusing a lot on energy and visualizing. It kinda worked and the forecast said that even more snow is coming to my place, but I was wondering how can I make a strong blizzard spell for it to last for a few days and make it snow a lot. I also said (in the spell) that I don't want it to harm anyone or anything and that I just wanted some snow and winter feeling back, just in case. Btw, I am living in area where snow is possible and pretty usual in winter and since it's currently winter in northern hemisphere where I am too, I just wanted to try it since other weather spells I casted/chanted worked pretty well and didn't make any harm. Weather magic is a debated topic among many, but even for those who do believe it's possible, you would need to harness a lot of energy for a full-blown blizzard. Like, a lot a lot. What you're doing right now seems fine, but be aware that you're potentially affecting weather patterns globally (which is why it's debated; making it snow in your area may seem like a small thing to you, but you're trying to alter a global phenomenon and many don't believe that it's possible). There isn't such a thing as "not harming anything" because, to an extent, you're taking something away from elsewhere and putting it in your area.
