A few questions :)

I'm still relatively new to Magik, however a few paths I have seen have intrigued me, but I want to get some clarification. I currently am trying to work with the Goddess Nyx, I believe I have made some progress there but that isn't necessarily what I'm asking about. I am aware and have studied the mythology of Nyx and her area of work. So getting into the actual questions, I have heard about shadow Magik and spell and was wondering what exactly that entails. Also, I am aware there is no such thing as black Magik or rather that it has more to do with intentions, so that being said, I want to explore the "darker" areas of Magik not necessarily evil but stuff involving shadows and physically darker areas as well as more celestial divination.
