That does indeed put a wrench into the plans... But it is something she can do with the help of family/people she trusts at least.

Healing creams would also not go amiss though, and are definitely worth a try. As would general energy-working and laying of hands if it is something you are familiar with.

I also had a thought that seeing as the physical level of the issueis a blood clot, it may help to look up a few herbs centered on reducing inflammation through mild blood thinning. For example black-willow as it is a natural source of a.s.a. (aspirin). Of course make sure to look up the herbs from a medically verified source, and consult with the doctor on each and every herb before you use them to check against conflicts with medicines.

If there was a defined source to the binding, like a jnown person or entity, I would be recommending a severing of ties and a cleanse/ward, but there is little sense in trying to cut bonds if there may not be anything there -to- cut.

Barring anything else, there may be an influence from a past-life experience as well. If things are being stubborn and slow to change it may help to do some shadow-work or past life/karmic investigation. It can be a longer process to bring past influences to the surface, but it might reveal more information. ...I have no idea if Zulu practices include past-life considerations or not- if so the healer her family is already working with may be able to help.
