Firstly, not everyone can so consider ways you can visualize [or imagine rather] your desired goal.

You should start small and work your way up. Imagine a red blob, then a red circle, then a picture of a red apple or ball, and then start to flesh out the image into a 3D thing. How would it look, feel, smell, taste? If you've struggled with imagining, you could take a photo, stare at it, and try to focus only on that. If writing is more your thing, describe it. Whatever feels comfortable for you is how you do it, but starting from little to no image to a full 3D image takes time and practice [try guided meditations]
