What are your options on vampires? Do they exist? Or are they fake? Are the good or bad?

The answer to that question depends on which sort of vampire you are asking about.

If you mean the typical Hollywood vampire you see in things like the " Twilight" series, then the answer is no. Or if you mean like " Dracula" the answer is again no. That concept of a vampire came about during the Middle Ages when people didn't understand the processes a human body undergoes after death and they created the myth of the vampire to explain it. There is an article about this vampire mythology at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=912767

There are people who choose to live a vampire lifestyle and even to create a spiritual path our of their practices, but they are not actually any sort of supernatural creature, merely humans engaged in an intricate sort of role-playing. Some go so far as to drink blood, which is not a healthy practice to engage in.

And then there are those who refer to themselves as " psychic vampires ". Back in the day before it became cool to claim the " vampire " title, we just called them energy leeches . Some of them say that their own bodies don't provide enough energy so they need to borrow energy from others. This is unlikely if one is eating a healthy diet and in reasonable physical health. "Psychic Vampirism" is a type of parasitism where you are stealing something from another. It can also be a form of addiction because the stolen energy gives a temporary high such as one might get from using drugs or one sort of another.

The only vampire I believe in are what are termed psychic vampires.

They can take energy from others as well as other sources.

Often they don't intend to do this and can be unaware of it. There are those too that will intentfully do this as well.

As for the blood sucking, avoiding sunlight vampires seen in literature and movies. No. These have a basis in fantasy.

Psychic vampires are real. Have you ever been around a person and you felt completely drained when you are done? That person was feeding off of your energy.

There are some people who are fully aware of what they are and what they are doing, and do so purposefully.

Most people however are unaware of what they are doing.

There are also the individuals who feed off of sexual energy. They generally do so willingly and knowingly.

The type of vampire that is found in movies, the ones that suck blood, are not real. There has been no real evidence to suggest so. It makes for a great movie though! There are people now who do drink blood as part of a fad or to look cool, but that is a topic for another discussion.

Aside of those mentioned, there are people who identify as Vampires and partake in Blood-Drinking practices and avoidance of Sunlight. These are not considered safe practices, I might add, but there is a large following of people who continue to do so nonetheless. This is not to say they are careless or ignorant, either, though. A great many have created 'safe-practices' to minimize the risk of such activities.

Medically, there are those who suffer from Porphyria, a condition where the body does make enough blood proteins for proper circulatory demands. There is a fascinating article on it here: https://www.queensu.ca/gazette/stories/vampire-myths-originated-real-blood-disorder. This disorder may have caused not only people to believe others were blood-drinking Vampires because of the color of their urine, but also because those people might have been recommended to drink the blood of animals to replenish the lost proteins from the disorder.
