Warm up?

This is more of an energy technique but I didn't really know where to putit.

Does anyone know how to use energy to warm themselves up? Where I am its 95 degrees outside this morning. I'm still cold. I have a hoodie on and I'm still cold. I'm slightly overweight, but I'm usually not cold. It's been happening more often, any advice?

Wom Hoff breathing is the general advice, though it's usually used to regulate body temperature in cooler ambient temps.

Are you feverish? Sometimes that can cause chills even in warm ambient temperatures.

I would also rule out other physical ailments that might be effecting your ability to regulate your body temp. Thyroid Disease is common and one of the indicators of it is the inability to regulate body temp, also you mentioned your weight, a non-active thyroid may actually be causing you to gain weight. Fatigue is another sign. You can check with your doctor if you have enough symptoms to be tested and it's very easy to correct with medication (however I still suffer from the inability to regulate my body temp- I'm always cold!)

Just something to consider especially if this appears to be a new symptom you are experiencing and it's not going away.

good luck

I'm not overweight because of my thyroid. Its because I dont eat well a lot if the time. I could be sick, as thyroid issues are huge in my family and so is liver issues. However, I'm not privileged enough to easily get healthcare despite working full time. So,no I cannot go to the doctor.
