How To Meditate

We all know about meditation and the amazing thinny thing done on movies like Into The Bad Lands etc. Meditation is not something to be amused about, its all about awakening your inner self and excercising your magical vulnerability. To meditate is just this following steps to do: First,we close our eyes and stay in a relaxed position. Second,we take a deep breath and try not to control our breath, but breath normally. Thirdly, we feel what the breath do when we inhale in and exhale out. Feel how it feels in our stomachs, hands, nose etc. Voila, you are on your way to accurate meditation. You can try to meditate for two minutes or more. Well, that what i know about meditation. Thank You.

Well-said indeed! Meditation is one of those deceptively simple, basic, but foundational practices. I look at the core of the process as acting to bring yourself into a state where you mindful of the present moment and within yourself.

'The way of the peaceful warrior' (by Mitch Albom) alludes it to actively recognizing two truths; I am here, I am now.

Once you reach that state, it opens the door to an entire toolbox of practices from Self realization and energy working to astral travel, channeling, and of course working magic.

I'm happy to see the spread of accurate information on this site. Meditation and magic, unlike in movies and TV shows, is not flashing lights and nosebleeds, but rather a connection between one person and something else. It may be an exploration of their inner selves, a connection to an element or nature, or even some form of energy or will pushed out into the world to make connections elsewhere.

There are, of course, infinite different approaches to meditation, and we eachmay have different ones that call to us or that we find work better for us. This is a very good start for anyone, though. It's very simple, and still relaxing and centering all the same. Glad to see it
