In a bit of trouble

Hello, I'm new here.

So let me explain, just a year or two ago a spirit feed off me and now i feel completely drained I've been trying my best to recover from it but nothing seems to work, and i really can't think of a spell that can help. I thought about rituals and I just can't seem to find the right one.

I've seemed to have got a lot better over the course of two years. In the beginning I felt anger like at times i couldn't control my temper, i punched a wall and now I've probably permanently damaged my hand. I've learnt to control it though. I felt pins and needles to my left and right forehead. I had endless nightmares and even suffered kidney stones as well as kidney infections. Within those two years.

This isn't covid19 and I've been to a bunch of withcraft forums that are saying it is, the dreams I've had and the things that have happened isn't the same as covid19. I've had sleep paralyzing dreams.

I just need help, even a spell or a ritual will do.

Please help.

I am uncertain as to why it is witchcraft forums you've visited have members telling you it is Covid 19, when not one of the medical issues you've had are related symptom wise to Covid seemingly much at all. This is odd itself. And others online are in no way medical professionals who can make such a diagnosis. Further if they are a medical professional they'd know better than to give such diagnosis with such little information, no tests, and therefore online.

That said, I do not feel a spell or ritual will be of much help here. I would recommend a strong cleansing with a strong faith with materials you may have on hand, close by, or can easily afford.

Such ideas for cleansings are, by smoke incense- sandalwood, dragon's blood, or patchouli are great. Or a smudge stick or substance, such as palo ss to wood, rosemary, or sage. Personally, I tend to stay clear of sage as it is used ceremoniously by Native people's in their personal spiritual practice, which has been appropriated, and devalued of true information regarding their practice, and by this I mean spirit animals and how it is often portrayed that these are very common within the culture. If you look very close you may find many tribes do not practice this. Some may.

Besides I being of Micmaq descent do not feel comfortable using sage, my ancestors did not use too much sage, the plant itself is considerably over harvested and even grown only for the sole purpose of a smudge ingredient, many of these smudges on the market being, severely appropriated. Think chain stores, and companies large in size selling spirituality for profit.

I like to use palo santo and this too is not local and has the same issue with appropriation. I only have two sticks, therefore, and I can make these last a few years at least.

Other than that I use local herbs I light just a little and let smoulder out. Then I light again, until I feel I am done. I don't personally use charcoal.

Other ways are to sprinkle a blessing water made with clean water, salt, and a little oil. I like essential oils with very protective qualities such as pine, rosemary, dragon's blood, or eucalyptus (This is a wonderful oil).

I hope this helps, and that you feel much better soon.

Hey CrystalSeer, thanks for replying back to me.

I've actually used sandalwood while i was meditating. I could feel a buzz at the back of my neck so I'm sure something was working there but just wasn't too sure.

It's annoying because my local shop has sold out on sandalwood. Anyways, again. Thank you very much. :)

Another option would be some deep meditation with a focus on drawing good/high vibration energy to yourself. There are a few methods of visualization out there, but the gist of it is pretty straightforward.

Personally, I would suggest you do it at least once In a natural setting, ideally on a nice sunny day.

Wear loose enough clothing that you don't feel pinching or squeezing, especially around the waist. Sit or lay comfortably, just about any pose will do as long as it is easy to be in for a good 20 minutes and stay comfortable. Ideally make sure you can have an aligned back. (Having something you can rest/prop your back against works wonders.)

Set yourself up in some sunshine, take a few relaxing breaths, and put your thoughts on something personal, basic, and in the present moment. Like timing your breaths (in, 1-2-3-4. Pause. Out 1-2-3-4...), counting heartbeats, or counting backwards from 100 by 3's (97, 94, 91, 88, ...)

Give it a minute or two, then focus on the feeling of the sunshine. The warmth and overall presence you feel. Then imagine that same light and warmth passing through you, filling your body and washing away any feelings of heaviness. Think of it like the solar version of a shower washing dirt off your skin, only doing it inside and out.

Let go of the memory of the attack. Not to be confused with forgetting it. What I mean is let go of the impact it had. The emotions and worries the memories draw up. Acknowledge what appears, surround it with light and a sense/thought of love and compassion, and watch it fall away from you.

I recommend doing this at least once because then you will have physical sensations from the actual sun and air to call back on later. So even if you are laying in bed one night you can remember the sensations of the sun's warmth, the (maybe) Breese, the ground under you, and re-living those sensations will really help with your visualizations. It gives the mind something tangible to work with.

Hello,
One of the ways i cleanse myself and its very simple is to run a nice warm bath and add simple table salt to it. Swirl the water and salt together and pray that this powerful concoction cleanses you of all evil and that no evil may touch you ever again. I pray to the arch angels but pray to whoever you believe in or simpley affirm that the bath cleanses and protects you. Now lie in the bath and imagine your aura is a dirty grey colour and see it fall from you and see a white sparkling light underneath. Pray all the time that you are cleansed and free and submerge yourself in the water three times. Get out the bath after say 20minutes and let yourself air dry. Twice a day see and m ore importantly feel yourself bathed in a warm bright white light and pray that you are protected or affirm if you prefer. Repeat the cleansing bath as and when you feel you need. This is very simple but very powerful may you find peace blessed be

Hey Spirit76 & witchescat.

I've been doing meditations and I've also been cleansing myself with sea salt. I thought it was a good idea to burn herbs as well.

It does seem futile even though I felt a relaxing buzzing on my neck so I'm assuming that's a good sign.

Thank you for the information.

If it feels like you are still drained and 'unrecovered' then it might be time to start asking some new questions to figure out why. It may not be actually related to the attack. Or, there is something about the event that you are holding on to. Or, least likely but still possible, the entity responsible is still around.

In all things begin with the mundane. Have a look at your living habits; maybe even start a journal on it for a couple of weeks. Write down what time you get up, when you go to bed, if anything happens to interrupt your sleep, when you eat meals and what you had. At least the basic ideas like 'burger and fries', 'egg on toast', 'cereal with chocolate milk', 'Kraft dinner, klik, and a Twix bar'.

If you run your day fueled by caffeine and sugar with little variety in nutrition, it burns out the system. Fatigue comes from lack of proper rest, interrupted sleep, and (ironically) over sleeping.

Also track your moods. Stress burns a lot of energy. Going to a job you don't enjoy also tends to inspire a state of dread or burnout. Or of course school if it is a stressful environment. (Bullying, grades, etc).

Similarly, are there particular specific times of day that you feel drained? Do you encounter continuing feelings of an intangible presence, especially if it makes you feel cold, weakened, shaky, stressed, and/or like you're under a wet blanket?

Meditation and other spiritual practices are good to help in recovery, and restoration, but it doesn't remove the source of a problem on its own. If you kick a drunkard out of the house, but leave your door unlocked, then said drunkard will just come back inside. Same goes for attachments and other oppressive beings. If it feels like a returning problem, maybe do a repeat of how you got rid of it last time, then afterwords follow up with some warding to your home and reinforce your threshold while including a statement to set ground rules limiting what is allowed within your space.

Continuing to work towards bettering yourself, and growing both spiritually and in general, also helps give a path of gradually raising yourself above the influence of negativity as well. Attachments and negative entities go after people who are in a place of imbalance. It is what they dig into and exploit. Intimidation against people who routinely feel vulnerable or victimized. Manipulating rage into people who already are prone to being angry. Suggestive or even commanding to people who are meek.

Explore where you might have imbalances in your life and work on them. It's not a quick solution, but you can do other things (like what you are already doing) to keep yourself upright as you go. And eventually, probably so gradually you won't even notice it happened right away, you will find you aren't being attacked any more. That the source has no power, and in fact never did to begin with- so long as you didn't give it any.
