How can I cast a revenge spell on a target without a name and birthday, photo, object, or dna?

It sounds like someone you don't even know, and likely someone you won't ever see again. If so, then why even bother?

Something else to consider is that if the person actually did something worthy of "revenge," then likely they're harming people on a regular basis. Such people typically wallow in suffering of their own creation or exaggeration, while still blaming the world around them for their actions which cause their own misery.

But if you're determined, all you need is something short and sweet enough but specific enough that you know whom you mean, like "The driver of the blue Mazda that cut me off this morning."
