Petition paper

I need a petition paper for a love spell. Now the paper can be a piece of printing paper right? Does the paper have to be torn off or can I cut a piece off with scissors?

All of that is completely up to you! A petition paper is simply a piece of paper on which you write your statement of intent.

Some people like to tear or cut it into a shape related to their intention, and some people may choose the color of the paper and/or ink for similar reasons.

I say to whatever you feel is right.
