What exactly do you mean activate your training?

Do you want to study on your own? If so, then do so! You're free to choose what you practice and study by virtue of being a human being, able to make your own decisions.

Do you mean you want to be initiated into a specific tradition or group? In that case, apply to that group in person so you may begin their initiation process.
