Ever since I was little I would have strange dreams of small glimpses in the future. It started of as just a glimpse to the next day and became longer. I now have small glimpses in to the next or following month. I am currently 15 so I don't have to much experience in the department of magick but I would love to know if this is a good thing. Can it be used or inhanced? please let me know.

I'm not entirely certain what you mean by enhancing it, but perhaps practice with lucid dreaming, may prove to be something you may have interest in studying as well.
Whether it is a good thing or not is subjective. Basically if you perceive it to be good and helpful to you it is. Though there have been those whom have personally struggled with it, and would rather not experience it.
How you personally perceive it and make use of it determines whether it is a good experience or not.
I've dealt with prophetic dreams my entire life. It gets stronger and weaker depending on a few factors. Currently, the veil between the physical and spiritual is at its thinnest so my dreams are intense. Research prophetic dreams for further information. Personally, I've experimented with food/exercise and noticed certain foods too soon before bed can affect the dreams, as well as if I don't meditate or do energy work regularly [grounding, shielding, balancing chakras] Keep a pen and paper or recorder by your bed so you can record your dreams the second you wake up and see if you can notice any patterns. The more you record your dreams, the more vivid they will become and the more you'll be able to remember. Whether seeing the future is good or bad, hard to say. I've dealt with a pretty even split between positive and negative predictions.
I think these dreams are a good thing.
With practice and focus I think that you can see more details.
It's a nice ability to have and very practical to use if you get to feel the energy around you.
