Smoking blends, need help
By:
I have 1kg of Damiana, Mint, and some catnip.
Those are perfectly dried and cut as big chunk.
I want to make smoking blends, can I make it with those? If I can, how can I adjust humidity and chunk size?

And also those herb have cut with stems, it looks like thin twig. Can I put it to my blend?

Sorry, I have another question, may I feel high or euphoric feeling with this?

I think I asked so many silly things.
but I need your help.

Thank you.

I've seen claims about smoking all sorts of things causing "euphoria," and I've also seen reports from others who say there's no effect whatsoever from many of them.

Something to consider is why you're inhaling smoke from various herbs: Do the specific plants have an association you want to achieve? For most herbs, medicinal benefits are better found with teas and tinctures. For example, the catnip from your list. Catnip is known to be more soothing than camomile, and catnip tea can help some people with sleep troubles relax a bit better before bed.

With mint, the active ingredient (if it can even be considered that) is menthol. The only reason it is used in tobacco products is because it gives a cooling sensation. Nothing more. It's still more beneficial than trying to smoke it for some nebulous and unverifiable claim found online.

One herb which does have a benefit of being smoked is mugwort -- or any of the Atremisia genus, which contain thujone. Thujone is not water soluble, so making teas for dream work with it isn't as productive as making a tincture or smoldering the herb at a (relatively for smoldering) low temperature, and inhaling the smoke.

There are some other herbs which ca supposedly help some respiratory issues by inhaling their smoke as well.

As always, tread carefully and don't take everything you read online as actual fact.
